We had water leaking from our boiler relief valve and a couple of different companies had no idea why it was leaking. Twice we replaced the relief valve and this did not help. "I like how polite and courteous their techs are"

Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air is a really good company. They recently came out and fixed a faucet in one bathroom, and a spigot in the shower in another. This was the second time I have used them. The first time I used them they installed a garbage disposal for me. I like how polite and courteous their techs are. They explain everything to you so you know what you are paying for. And, they do everything right. I just feel better knowing that things have been fixed properly. I highly recommend them to everyone. They are a quality company and you can be sure they know what they are doing!

"Discovered the issue promptly"

I am a long time customer of Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air. One of our faucets had started to leak and we had to have them out to repair it. The manufacturer of this particular faucet is aware that it does have a defective part in it. The technician that came out discovered the issue promptly and he ordered the replacement faucet and came back the next day when it came in. He replaced the faucet and by the time he left, you could not even tell that he had been doing any type of repair. I will continue to be a long time customer for Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air and I am grateful that they knew about the defect of this faucet and were able to get a replacement quickly!

The crewmembers from Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air are always quite knowledgeable and are considerate of our home. I think we've met almost everyone at this point! They not only do a good job but while they're here they tend to point out potential issues done by other companies to make sure everything done to our home is done correctly. Not only that, if we ever have any issues they always come back and take care of it so we are satisfied. They deal with us fairly and we understand that they'll do a good job. The last big thing they did for us was installing a pressure tank, but thanks to a manufacturing issue, the T-Pipe sprung a leak. The poor guy had just put in the system and turned it on when it happened, but he replaced it in no time. After that, they came out to replace some old shut-off valves. They're knowledgeable and courteous, and we will be having them back soon for some routine maintenance of our HVAC system.

Last year, I had some work done by Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air for a really big clog in the kitchen sink. They came out the same day, which is great when you need a plumber. So, when I noticed that my water heater wasn't working recently, I called them again. The plumber was good and he seemed knowledgeable. I knew the water heater was over ten years old so I wasn't surprised that he recommended a new one, even though I suffered a little sticker shock at the price. While he was installing the new heater, the plumber noticed a small gas leak. I had been smelling a gas odor and BG&E had been out to check the exterior valves, but they didn't check the inside ones. The plumber from Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air replaced a valve that solved the interior gas leak problem. That was a relief. I highly recommend Bruce Solomon Plumbing, Heating & Air!
